PERFORMANCE:

3601 model:
Single fill (BULK AUGER) station, is designed to fit in the tightest of installations. It is available with an optional in line checkweigher for feed back control of weights. Up to 10 BPM +/- 1.0 %

3602 Model:
Dual fill (BULK/DRIBBLE AUGER) stations, is designed for a combination of speed and accuracy with required in line checkweigher and feed back control of weights. Up to 12 BPM +/- .5-1%

3603 Model:
Dual fill (BULK/DRIBBLE AUGER) stations designed for a combination of speed and maximum accuracy. The final weight is topped up while being weighed at the dribble station. Up to 8 BPM +/- .5%

The high-speed servo control maintains perfect control of the filled bag while it slows down to match the in-feed speed of the standard sealer. This gentle sealing speed allows for a shorter sealer and will also cut its maintenance requirements dramatically.
