Inglett^® Shaper/Gluer

The 650 interfaces with the 625 bag hanger/feeder to receive the bag that has been filled; then trims and re-forms the top, feeds the bag into a set of folding bars. As the second fold is laid down hot glue is sprayed under this flap. A short compression section holds the top firmly until the glue has set. The 650 also will eliminate repetitive stress syndrome for your operators.

FEATURES:

• EASE OF ADJUSTMENT:
  Hand wheels for bag width alignment and bag length adjustment allow for a complete bag size changeover to be made in as little as 5 minutes.
  
• PERFORMANCE:
  The 650 will reform and close paper bags at up to 60 BPM.
  
• CONTROL PACKAGE:
  The 650 has the latest in variable speed drives to synchronize the different belt speeds. NEMA 12 electrical specifications are standard
  
• OPTIONS:
  
  (a) Bag settling bed vibrator (used to allow product to fill out bottom of bag)
  (b) Side belt vibrators (used to assist in shaping the package)
  (c) Bag elevator (used in vertical filler systems)
