Inglett® Unistacker™

The Unistacker automatic bag stacking palletizer system is designed to be the last step up in your automation plans.

A fully automatic system by which filled multiwall paper bags are vertically stacked on lightweight, multi-trip plastic mini-pallets and delivered for fork lift or hand truck off-loading. Bags are handled at speeds up to 24 per minute.

The Unistacker system allows one person to effectively off-load filled pallets using a fork lift or hand truck for direct delivery to the warehouse or a waiting truck. A fork lift can handle up to four mini-palletized stacks for maximum efficiency. As bags are stacked in a uniform shape, storage of filled mini-pallets in the warehouse can be one or two high, thereby maximizing the storage cube.
