Application: This sewing system, fixed to the floor is used to close paper, jute, polypropylene, or polyethylene (thickness +/-120 µ) bags. The already reshaped bag is introduced into the sewing head (with shear type knife) by hand. The sewing process starts when the footswitch is activated by the operator. At the end of the process, the operator has to push the chain into the knives to cut it. To have a smooth operation of the system, a conveyor is required. The conveyor has to be controlled with the footswitch of the system. Features:
