Application: This sewing system, fixed to the floor is used to close paper, laminated polypropylene, or polyethylene (thickness +/-120 µ) bags. The already reshaped bag is introduced manually or automatically into the sewing head. The sewing process starts when the first photo sensor detects the bag. At the end, the chain/tape is cut by the pneumatic clipper knife of the sewing head. To have a smooth operation of the system, a conveyor is required. The conveyor can be controlled with a footswitch.
