Quality

One of the major aims of Fischbein is to provide machines and equipment of the highest quality. With this in mind, we have issued our "Quality Alert" document.

This document is to be used whenever there is a problem with a machine or spare parts within the warranty period.

The "Quality Alert" is an important tool that will provide us with information about the problems you might face and moreover it will help us to provide you with a thorough after-sales service.

It is important, therefore, to provide us quickly as possible with the Quality Alert form, filled in, with as much detail as it is available. The following details are imperative:

  • the end-user installation date
  • the serial number (very important for our Quality Department in order to trace the origin of possible problems)
  • the type of bag
  • the description of the problem in order to allow us to resolve the issue as promptly as possible
