Bag Placer
Description:
The BP 150 eliminates the need for manually hanging and holding bags, freeing the machine operator for other tasks. The BP 150 will hang open mouth, paper, poly, and poly woven laminate bags.
During the process, the bag is seized by suction cups and placed below the spout where the product is poured in the bag. From there, the bag passes on a conveyor.
Bag Types:
- Paper
- Paper with a glued PE liner
- Woven Polypropylene (per layer: thickness of 0,15 mm minimum)
- Woven Polypropylene with lamination (per layer: thickness of 0,15 mm minimum)
- Polyethylene (per layer: thickness of 0,15 mm minimum)
Bag trials are always mandatory before the acceptance of an order!

The BP 150 has the ability to change bag materials (except bag size) without the need to change settings.
