Application:
This sewing system, fixed to the floor is used to close paper, polypropylene laminated,
or polypropylene (thickness +/-120 µ) bags. The already reshaped bag is introduced
in the infeed, the bag top is trimmed. The sewing process starts when the first photo sensor
detects the bag. When used with TOS, at the entry the blower blows the chain into the knife
and the chain is cut at the beginning and the end of the bag by the clipper knife.
When used as MUA, the chain/tape is cut by the clipper knife of the sewing head at the beginning
and at the end. PLC controlled. To have a smooth operation of the system, a conveyor is required.
The conveyor can be controlled with a footswitch.
