A Help to Palletize Unit

Application:

Any kind of bags from 20 to 50kg. Please note that, according to the size of the bags, it is also possible to palletize bags of a weight lower than 25kg, with a minimum of 10kg.

Description:

The machine is used to pile up automatically bags on a pallet at a maximum speed of 400 - 500 bags/hour, depending on the type of bag, the height of the pallet and the number of bags per layer. Thanks to this "help to palletize" unit, the client will save time, spare the operators heavy physical efforts and gain efficiency.

Process:

The closed bag is introduced horizontally in the " help to palletize" unit and then lifted by an elevator. The gripper will take the bag at the top and stack it on the pallet in the right position, defined by software.

  The maximum height of the pallet after loading is 3,4m from the ground
• 6 programmed models of piling up are possible (standard)
