Mini System FTS

This mini-system is used to close all types of bags (paper, polypropylene, or polyethylene) by plain sewing. The already reshaped bag is introduced into the infeed which guides the bag to the sewing machine. The sewing process starts when the feeler switch is activated. At the end, the pneumatic chain pusher pushes the chain into the knives to cut it. To have a smooth operation of the mini system a conveyor is required. The conveyor can be controlled by a footswitch. 
 

Mini System FUA

This mini-system is used to close paper, laminated polypropylene, or polyethylene (min. 120 µ) bags by tape sewing. The already reshaped bag is introduced into the infeed. The bag top is trimmed. The sewing process starts when the feeler switch is activated. At the end the chain/tape is cut by the pneumatic linear cutting knife. To have a smooth operation of the mini system a conveyor is required. The conveyor can be controlled by a footswitch
 

Mini System JDF8-F

This compact and complete Mini system is built to be used in the potato and onion industry. It is used for small bags (5 to 30 kg) and low production level.
The Mini System is mounted on a flat belt conveyor with electrical height adjustment. The already reshaped bag is introduced into the infeed which guides the bag to the sewing machine model FB. The sewing process starts when the lever switch detects the bag. At the end, the electro pneumatic blower blows the thread chain into the knives to cut it.
 

Mini System JDV8-F

This compact and complete Mini system is built to be used in the potato and onion industry. It is used for small bags (5 to 30 kg) and low production level. The Mini System is mounted on a V shape belt conveyor with electrical height adjustment. The already reshaped bag is introduced into the infeed which guides the bag to the sewing machine model FB. The sewing process starts when the lever switch detects the bag. At the end, the electro pneumatic blower blows the thread chain into the knives to cut it

System MTS

This sewing system, fixed to the floor is used to close paper, polypropylene, or polyethylene (thickness +/-120 µ) bags. System MFR

This sewing system, fixed to the floor is used to close paper, polypropylene, or polyethylene (thickness +/-120 µ) bags. System MU

At the end, the chain/tape is cut by the pneumatic clipper knife of the sewing head. To have a smooth operation of the system, a conveyor is required. The conveyor can be controlled with a footswitch.

System MUA

This sewing system, fixed to the floor is used to close paper, polypropylene laminated, or polyethylene (thickness +/-120 µ) bags. System MUS

This sewing system, fixed to the floor is used to close paper, polypropylene laminated, or polypropylene (thickness +/-120 µ) bags. The already reshaped bag is introduced in the infeed, the bag top is trimmed. The sewing process starts when the first photo sensor detects the bag. When used with TOS, at the entry the blower blows the chain into the knife and the chain is cut at the beginning and the end of the bag by the clipper knife. When used as MUA, the chain/tape is cut by the clipper knife of the sewing head at the beginning and at the end. PLC controlled. To have a smooth operation of the system, a conveyor is required. The conveyor can be controlled with a footswitch.

System MOS

This sewing system, fixed to the floor is used to close paper bags. The already reshaped bag is introduced in the infeed, the bag top is trimmed. The sewing process starts when the first photo sensor detects the bag. At the end, the chain is blown horizontally by an air chain blower and is cut close to the bag edge by the pneumatic clipper knife of the sewing head. PLC controlled. To have a smooth operation of the system, a conveyor is required. The conveyor can be controlled with a footswitch.

System JDF8-100

This mobile sewing system, is specially designed to close paper, nett or raffia bags for potatoes and onions (5 - 30kg bags). The already reshaped bag is introduced into the infeed which guides the bag to the sewing head. The sewing process starts when the lever switch detects the bag. At the end, the blower blows the thread chain into the knife and the chain is cut. To have a smooth operation of the system, an F shape belt conveyor is supplied.

System JDV8-100

This mobile sewing system, is specially designed to close paper, nett or raffia bags for potatoes and onions (5 - 30kg bags). The already reshaped bag is introduced into the infeed which guides the bag to the sewing head. The sewing process starts when the lever switch detects the bag.
