Detectors
Our 16000 Detector Series monitors your sewing system's running supply of crepe tape, sewing thread and even the unit's oil pressure. Run out of crepe tape, thread or your oil pressure drops and the unit automatically shuts down.

Photo Electrics
State-of-the-art photo eye technology automatically senses the bag's position and will start or stop the sewing system accordingly.

Air Thread Pusher
Increase you bagging line efficiency with our thread pusher system that automatically directs the thread into the sewing head's cutting knives (plain sew applications only).

Rotary Knife System
Option for our Model 100 Sewing Head. A high speed, pneumatic thread cutter for use on production lines where the bags are positioned in close proximity, less than 6 inches between each bag. Standard feature on our Model 200 Sewing Head.

Infeed Systems
Increase your productivity and operator safety. The operator simply presents the leading edge of the bag to the infeed system and it automatically guides the bag top directly to the sewing head for immediate closure.

Coding Devices
Attached to the sewing system, our contact ink coders can imprint the front face of the bag or for crepe tape sewn closures, imprint directly on the crepe tape. For ink jet coding applications, the unit can be mounted on our sewing system pedestal.

Pull Tape Attachment
Used with our single thread sewing configuration, this attachment helps create an "easy open bag" bag closure. The 3/8" wide paper pull tape is applied and sewn together with the crepe tape on the bag top. The paper strip is pulled to open the bag.

Dual Tag Placer
Working with a Fischbein bag sewing system, the 3920 Dual Tag Placer is used to automatically position product information tags on the bag’s front or back as they are being sewn closed. Fast, easy to use ... the dual tagger can be used to feed one or two tags per bag. The 3920 has a performance rate of up to 30 tag placements per minute.
