Double Roll Closer - Models 300 and 300 Plus

DRC 300™ using it's precision hot melt adhesive delivery system and Spiral Glide Folder™ technology, the DRC can securely close and seal multi-wall paper bags weighing 2 to 25 pounds. The system's compact design and easy to use operating system can handle production rates up to 80 linear feet per minute. As the bag enters the unit, the bag's top is automatically trimmed, a single, precise fold is made and hot melt adhesive is accurately applied to the fold. A second fold is instantly made forming a clean, attractive bag top closure. DRC 300 is compatible with semi or fully automated bagging operations.

DRC 300 Plus™ an extension of the DRC 300…the 300 Plus features a "Wide Folder" system designed to seal heavy, multi-wall paper bags weighing up to 50 pounds. Performance and feature characteristics are identical to the DRC 300.
