 Poly-Through-Paper Heat Sealer
When product protection is of the up most importance, the PTP-200™ is specifically used to
instantly seal poly and foil inner liners used in open mouth, flat or gusseted multi-wall
paper bags. Fast, easy to use the system can operate up to 60 linear FPM. Once the bag is fed into the PTP200, a specific amount of heat and pressure is directed at the bag's external surface.
The combined heat and pressure instantly seals the paper bag's inner liner. Please note,
the non-leak, inner liner seal created by a PTP 200 is considered to be an internal bag seal only.
The bag(s) will require a final, external form of closure such as sewing or a hot melt seal
(DRC-300 or 300 Plus).
