Pulsar Embossing Coder
This unique embossing Coder, the PULSAR, can code up to 10 characters on to plastic or paper bags with great speed and efficiency. It is capable of placing one or more complete coding stamps on a bag, varying in width from 10 cms upwards and at a passage speed of up to 55 ft/min (16.8 meters/min).

The embossing system utilizes coding wheels which are quickly and easily rotated to change the code. The coding head itself is "key-locked" for security.

The PULSAR is a self-contained unit with a robust cast frame and can be used with any bag closing machine by means of a suitable bracket.

After the bag has been closed, it enters the coding chamber of the PULSAR where it is detected by the infrared sensor. This then initiates the pneumatic coding action, producing the required embossed code on the bag ... with ease and clarity.
