Inglett^® 100 V Simplex Bagging Scale

Designed for decorative stone and marble-chip products, the Model 100 V simplex bagging scale is operated by a programmable logic control system that uses single cut-off technology to maximize weighing performance. The operator inputs the desired product weights for each production run and monitors the system for ongoing weight accuracy. The Model 100 V comes standard with a vibratory pan feeder system. It can be installed in a semi-automated bagging operation where the operator manually places the bag on the scale's spoutlbag clamp, or be used in conjunction with the HFFS (Horizontal Form Fill and Seal) system. Based on product flow characteristics, the 100 V simplex will process 24 bags per minute, and can fill flat and gusseted multi-wall paper, polyester and woven polypropylene bags ranging from 10 to 24 inches wide. Fischbein may require product samples and bags for testing purposes.
