From the moment you bring the 3597 Bag Pro into your plant, you'll appreciate the fast, simple installation and startup process. Compatible with most electronic net weigh scales, the 3597 automatically positions the bag on the filler spout, fllls the bag with weighed product and directs it to a closing station.

When you need to change a bag type or size, you'11 find the versatile 3597 has the quickest and easiest product changeover in the Industry, thanks to advanced, easy-to-use touch-screen controls and motorized adjustments. All packaging elements including the weigh scale, bag-closing conveyor, bag-closing equipment, tagger and other downstream equipment are interlocked with the 3697 Bag Pro.

• The 3597 closes muti-wall papar and laminated woven polypropylene (LWP) bags at a rate up to 18 bags per minute.
• Automated bag-feeder system and advanced bag-hanging module allow the system to handle bags up to 20 inches wide and 40 inches in length.
• A sensor system detects that the bag is properly positioned before product is dumped. This no bag no-fill feature eliminates product spills.
• With optlonal Ethernet controls, the 3597 can be accessed by PC on- or off-site, aiiowlng for remote supervision and data acquisition.
