Inglett^® 7800 Net Weigh Gravity-Vibratory (GV) Simplex Bagging Scale

The 7800 Series is an electronic simplex scale system that maximizes its performance with free-flowing, dense product types. The unit comes with a 2.1 CF air-operated, double-door weigh hopper suspended from dual strain gauge weigh sensor modules mounted in a dust-tight, airpurged compartment. A programmable logic control (PLC) system operates the unit's two-stage feeder system, gravity bulk, and vibratory pan dribble (GV). The operator inputs desired product weights for each production run and monitors the system for ongoing weight accuracy. The 7800 Series will handle flat and gusseted multi-wall paper, polyester, and laminatedlwoven polypropylene bags 10 to 24 inches wide. Available for purchase is a special anti-corrosion package for most hostile environments.
