PILS 300™ is a dual sealing system designed to seal multi-wall pinch style paper bags and their heat sealable polyester or foil inner liner in one continuous process. A sealed pinch bag with a sealed inner liner creates a leak/sift proof package that's perfect for hydroscopic materials, fine powders or hazardous products. To create this set of unique bag closures, the PILS-300 seals the bag's inner liner then it reactivates the pinch bag's pre-applied adhesive strip and forms a sealed hot melt closure. Various infeed systems means the PILS can be used in semi or fully automated bagging lines.

When properly sealed and processed, you have two bags…a separate plastic bag inside of a multi-wall paper bag. The PILS 330 seals and separates the inner plastic bag and then it reactivates the pinch bag's pre-applied adhesive strip and forms a secure hot melt closure. Various infeed systems means the PILS can be used in semi or fully automated bagging lines.
