Fischbein-Saxon® 'Band' Sealers

Heavy-duty. Versatile. Fischbein's continuous Band Sealers are designed to seal a variety of flat and gusseted polyethylene, polyolefin, PVC shrink films, co-extrusions and poly-laminates used in the food, pharmaceutical and medical industries. Using an open design, every part of the unit is fully accessible for maintenance, especially the unit's sealing module that can be easily removed for fast, easy band replacement. Saxon Sealers feature durable Kevlar® Sealing bands with an automatic band tensioning system. Plus, their compact, versatile design makes them perfect for manual or automated bagging lines. Models are available in standard, stainless and wash down versions.

Saxon SB1000™ Band Heat Sealer The new SB1000's with its sleek, durable; stainless steel finish features a high-efficiency band-sealing module with enhanced cooling capabilities that creates 12 millimeter-wide seals. Suitable for operation in all kinds of environments, the SB1000 features user-friendly controls and a variable speed drive system up to 89 linear feet per minute. The SB1000's is the perfect solution for sealing open mouth bags or pouches made from polyethylene, Polylaminates, co-extrusions and shrink films up to 10 mils (250 microns) in thickness.
Saxon 10 Band Sealer Made for sealing large heavy-duty flat and gusseted style plastic bags, the Saxon 10 is designed for high volume bagging applications. Capable of operating at speeds up to 62 linear feet per minute, the system's twin P.I.D. temperature controllers insure perfect, 10mm wide seals every time. The Saxon 10 is mounted on a free-standing, height adjustable mobile pedestal.
Saxon 15 Band Sealer This heavy-duty model sealer can operate at speeds up to 80 linear feet per minute. Three P.I.D. temperature controllers monitor the system's operation to insure quality, 10mm wide seals every time. The Saxon 15 features a full digital temperature display and is mounted on a free-standing, height adjustable mobile pedestal.
