Fischbein-Saxon SB1000™ Band Heat Sealer
The new Fischbein-Saxona SB1000 Band Heat Sealer with its sleek, durable, stainless steel finish is compatible with the hygenic requirements of the food, medical and chemical sectors.

The SB1000's high-efficiency band-sealing module and enhanced cooling capabilities produce reliable, aesthetic seals on bags or pouches made from polyethylene, polylaminates, co-extrusions and shrink films.

Suitable for operation in all kinds of environments, the SB1000 features user-friendly controls and a variable speed drive (VFD). The height-adjustable pedestal allows the operator to make fast, efficient product changeovers. The open architectural design simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime. Cool-down mode ensures a safe, automatic shutdown of the unit.

The standard SB1000 creates 12 millimeter-wide seals and is available in right-to-left and left-to-right operating configurations. Other models include a full wash-down (NEMA 4/IP66) version and a conveyor-integrated unit. Available options include additional PID temperature controllers, bag-top trimmers, bag-top cleaner, and ink and embossing coders.

With increased capacity, faster product changeovers, less down iime and enhanced reliability, the SB3000 delivers quality seals every time.

The heavy-duty SB3000 continuous band sealer is designed for high production bag sealing operations that use gusseted or flat-style bags and pouches. The unit produces reliable, aesthetic seals on a variety of bag sizes and materials including polyethylene, poly laminates and co-extrusions.

Versatile and compact, the SB3000 easily integrates into any semi- or fully automated continuous bagging line. The high-efffciency, band-sealing module is easily removable for maintenance and quick band replacement. A series of highly accurate PID temperature controllers with digital readouts ccnstantly monitor and control the unit's sealing temperature.
