Fischbein-Saxon SH1000™ Hot-Air Sealer
The new generation Fischbein-Saxon SH1000™ Hot-Air Sealer represents the most advanced bag sealing technology today. It features the latest in PID temperature control, enhanced airflow design, innovative direct drive and high efficiency heat transfer system that seals thicker bags.

The SH1000's proven hot-air sealing technology eliminates the need for sealing bands. Easy-to-use controls such as variable-speed drive and motorized sealing height adjustment allow product changeovers to be made in just seconds. With its compact, durable stainless steel housing, the versatile SH1000 is the ideal solution for a wide variety of sealing applications that include the food, medical and chemical sectors.

The standard SH1000 creates seal widths from 6 to 9 millimeters and is available in right-to-left or left-to-right operating configuration. Other models include a medical validation unit, full wash-down (NEMA 4/IP66) version and a conveyor-integrated model. Available options include additional PID temperature controllers, bag-top trimmers, bag-top cleaners and ink and embossing coders.

With the advance of the new Saxon SH2000 Hot-air Sealer, Fischbein-Saxon again shows its dominance in the field of hot-air sealer technology. With increased capacity, faster product changeovers, less downtime and enhanced reliability, the SH2000 delivers quality seals every time.

The SH2000's proven hot-air technology eliminates the need for traditional sealing bands. This new-generation hot sealer features the latest in PID temperature control, an innovative direct-drive system and a 20 percent greater heating capacity for sealing thicker polyethylene bags and pouches.

Using ambient air, the SH2000's innovative airflow design precisely directs air through specially designed heater capsules that heat and focus the hot airflow onto the bag to initiate the sealing process.

Easy-to-use controls such as variable-speed drive and motorized sealing height adjustment allow product changeovers to be made in just seconds. With its compact, durable, stainless steel housing, the versatile SH2000 is the ideal solution for a wide variety of sealing applications that include the food, medical and chemical sectors.
