Model Options Available:

Model 100™ - For medium to heavy-duty bagging applications requiring a plain sewn bag closure. Operational speed of 25 to 55 linear feet per minute at 2½ stitches per inch. Used to close standard multi-wall paper, paper with PE inner liner, woven polypropylene, polypropylene with PE laminate, mesh, fiber and jute bags.

Model 100 DC™ - Used primarily on production lines where bags are processed in close proximity to one another. The 100 DC features a high-speed rotary knife system that instantly cuts the thread chain between bags… performance characteristics and the types of bags closed by the 100 DC are the same as the model 100.

Model 101™ - For multi-wall paper bag applications requiring an attractive crepe tape sewn closure ranging in width from 1¼ to 2½ inches wide. The model 101 is perfect for medium to high production bagging applications, with an operational speed of 25 to 55 linear feet per minute at 2½ stitches per inch.

Model 200™ - Made for high speed bagging applications requiring a plain sewn closure. The Model 200 features our high-speed pneumatic rotary knife system and can operate at speeds up to 75 linear feet per minute at 2½ stitches per inch. Closes standard multi-wall paper, paper with PE inner liner, woven polypropylene, polypropylene with PE laminate, mesh, fiber and jute bags.

Model 201™ - For multi-wall paper bag applications requiring a crepe tape sewn closure ranging in width from 1¼ to 2½ inches wide. Built for sustain high speed bagging applications, operational speed is adjustable up to 75 linear feet per minute at 2½ stitches per inch.
