The SuperBagger Bagger/Sealer is the economical alternative to a vertical form, fill and seal system. It offers a highly cost-effective way to automate hand bagging and sealing and can easily handle all types of free flowing product. Each aspect of the bag filling and sealing process has been designed to eliminate errors, minimize downtime and reduce operator involvement. Bag size changes can be carried out quickly and easily by unskilled personnel. Single versions operate at speeds up to 17 bags/min. Twin configurations operate at speeds up to 50 bags/min and can handle different bag sizes simultaneously. Saxon products are available in stainless and wash-down versions ideal for food, medical, and pharmaceutical applications.
