Fischbein 500T-HPS Synchronous Tape Sewing System

Engineered for high-speed, high volume bagging lines, the 500T HPS is unequaled in performance and quality. Automatic synchronization of the sewing head, infeed system and bag conveyor creates the perfect sew tape closure. Synchronous, variable-speed technology lets the 500T HPS instantly change sewing speeds with the push of a button.

Ideal for high-production, open-mouth bagging lines, the 500T HPS can be used in semi- or fully-automated bagging lines. The unit's fully synchronous, variable-speed drive system closes multi-wall paper, woven and laminated woven polypropylene bags at speeds up to 75 linear feet per minute. The compact, vibration free pedestal is easy to move and the corrosion-resistant finish stands up to the most demanding environment.

The 500T HPS features a full range of system components, including a powered crepe-tape drive system and the self-lubricating Empress Series 201 sewing head. Options are available, and where bag-top trim and tape clippings are a concern, the unit can partner with out trim collection systems.
