Saxon® T270 Trimmer

Saxon’s T270 Trimmer works with any hot-air or band sealer and is suitable for wash down applications. The unit’s continuous-flow design trims the bag top just above the seal line, using a twin circular knife to precisely remove excess material from the tops of bags and pouches. The result is a seal that is both secure and neat.

T270 works on flat or gusseted bags and can trim material up to 7-mil thickness, discharging the scraps to either the front or rear of the sealer infeed.

The unit’s knives are titanium-coated for durability and can reversed for twice the cutting life.
